Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 8 to 10 years of experience specializing in Empower and CDS to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Manufacturing and Supply Chain domains. This hybrid role requires excellent technical skills and the ability to work effectively in a day shift. The position does not require travel.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain software applications using Empower and CDS technologies.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.

  • Design and implement scalable solutions to meet business needs in the Manufacturing and Supply Chain domains.

  • Ensure the quality and performance of applications through rigorous testing and debugging.

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing applications.

  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices for software development.

  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve skills.

  • Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on technical challenges.

  • Document technical specifications and project plans for reference and future use.

  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand and address their needs and concerns.

  • Optimize application performance and ensure efficient use of resources.

  • Lead the integration of new technologies and tools to enhance development processes.

  • Maintain a high level of security and data protection in all development activities.

Qualifications

  • Possess strong expertise in Empower and CDS technologies.

  • Have a solid understanding of Manufacturing and Supply Chain domains.

  • Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Show proficiency in software development best practices and methodologies.

  • Exhibit strong communication and collaboration abilities.

  • Have experience in mentoring and guiding junior developers.
