Candidate to be BE/B-Tech in ELE/ETE/MECH/CS along with minimum 4-5 years experience handling IBMS projects or managing project sites. Candidate to be aware of project management principles along with following roles & responsibilities deserved :

Responsible for revenue, collections & on-time delivery of projects within scope and budget. Involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. Ensuring resource availability and allocation. Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress. Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques. Measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques. Manage the relationship with the client and relevant stakeholders. Perform risk management to minimize potential risks along with creating opportunities from projects. Establish and maintain relationships with customers, third parties/vendors & suppliers. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. IBMS technical knowledge on engineering & commissioning along with networking exposure will be an advantage.

Candidate to ready to travel frequently to outstation project sites. Knowledge on Project commercial & logistics will be an advantage for selection of candidates.
