OTM Functional Expertise Requirements

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 - 8 years of relevant OTM (Oracle Transportation Management) functional expertise.

• 3-5 full cycle OTM implementation experiences.

• Managed at least 3 projects as a Function/Solution lead.

• Relevant proven experience in 3PL/4PL or freight forwarding business is an added advantage.

Skills and Responsibilities:

• Experience interacting with business users for requirement gathering and gap analysis.

• Proficient in mapping requirements to OTM, solution design, application configuration, and conducting conference room pilot.

• Responsible for the successful delivery of processes around the OTM product.

• Ensure customer happiness by achieving delivery/service quality norms.

• Optimally manage stakeholders of customer organizations.

• Experience working at customer sites.

• Provide mentorship/lead the team and solution design.

Requirements:

• No travel constraints.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with all stakeholders.

• Ability to present ideas and solutions in a clear and concise manner.

• Self-motivated with a lot of energy and drive, with the ability and willingness to learn.

• Good team player with strong analytical skills.
