Seeking an Operations Manager for our 1st shift operations near Kokomo, Indiana

Job Description:

• Manage the daily functions of the business

• Prepare annual performance review and reevaluate processes

• Manage budget to align with goals of business

• Manage department direct and indirect manning

• Develop and implement detailed maintenance schedules for equipment and systems, as well as technical reference materials

• Promote user awareness and understanding of system updates and enhancements through effective training and documentation

• Successful candidate must be able to demonstrate leadership behaviors combined with outstanding interpersonal, teambuilding, and communication skills
