In Kohler Co.’s Information Technology team, our goal is to develop the next generation of Kohler IT. We are excited to provide YOU the opportunity to take the next step in your IT career and to have a hand in shaping the future of Kohler Co. As a highly integrated and growth-oriented company, it is a strategic initiative of the IT organization to develop interns, hire them into entry-level positions or our exciting Kohler IT Leadership Development Program upon graduation, and kick start their career in Kohler IT.

We have several exciting projects happening next summer, and we would love for you to be part of it!

Project areas include:

• IT Infrastructure Continuous Improvement

• End User Computing

• Cybersecurity (Threat & Response or Governance & Risk)

• IT Business Strategy & Partnership

• Data & Analytics (Data Science, Visualization, Governance, or Engineering)

• Supply Chain Technology

• Software Engineering (Development, Cloud Operations, Integration, or DevOps)

• IT Product Management

• Human Resources IT Products (Human Capital Management or ServiceNow)

• IT Change Management & Communications

Skills/Requirements

• Must be actively enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program from an accredited institution with a major in Computer Science, Computer Science & Engineering, Information Technology, IT Management, Data & Analytics, Data Science, Data Engineering, Cybersecurity, Business Administration, Supply Chain, and related

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on an on-going basis without company sponsorship.
