The MultiCloud SaaS Platform (MCSP) is one of IBM's internal products that is at the core of innovation and enablement for SaaS offerings. It represents the shared set of components, tools, and infrastructure designed to facilitate the seamless operation of IBM SaaS solutions across various hyperscale cloud providers. Your role and responsibilities

An experienced and highly skilled Devops Developer to join our MultiCloud SaaS Platform organization. As a Devops Developer, you will support business development efforts and offer development efforts by creating, reviewing, and validating solutions to meet our products' most challenging mission requirements.

Your responsibilities:

• Document general processes and practices as needed.

• Develop and validate use cases.

• Assist customers by providing deployment and integration guidance, supporting the development of the customers' model, and providing appropriate recommendations to secure their workloads.

• Team collaboration to maintain end-to-end ownership and delivery of code sources.

Required technical and professional expertise

• 4+ years of experience in software development.

• Experience working with Kubernetes/Docker/Openshift.

• Experience in automation using Ansible/ArgoCD/Terraform/Helm.

• Experience in GO templating, bash/shell/linux scripting.

• Deep understanding and demonstrable application of Agile best practices.

• Demonstrable hands-on expertise in cloud technologies.

• Team-mindset: Willingness to collaborate and iterate.

• Growth-mindset: Willingness to learn new technologies and processes.

Preferred technical and professional experience

• Experience working in programming languages like Java/Go/Python and using REST APIs would be a plus.

• Experience with observability tools like Grafana, Loki, Prometheus would be an advantage.

• Experience in automating workflows using Ansible/ArgoCD/Terraform.

• Experience with distributed source control systems like Git.

• Experience working with hyperscalers (e.g., IBM Cloud, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
