Görev ve Sorumluluklar

• Depo dahilindeki tüm faaliyetlerin prosedür ve talimatlara uygun bir şekilde yürütülmesini sağlamak,

• Depo dahilinde çalışanların iş programlarını düzenlemek ve denetlemek

• İş sağlığı ve güvenliğinin sağlanması ve mevcut sağlık ve güvenlik şartlarının iyileştirilmesi

• Tedarik zinciri boyunca Komisyonlama,Kanban,Milkrun gibi yalın depo süreçlerini sürekli iyileştirmek ve sürdürülebilir iyileştirme fikirlerini uygulamak.

• Üreticiye iade sürecinin planlanması,takibi ve sistemsel yönetiminin sağlanması,

• Yıl sonu envanterinin koordine edilmesi ve SAP de doğru kayıt atılmasının sağlanması,

• İhracat süreçlerinin koordinasyonu için sevkiyat belgeleri, yükleme listeleri ve gümrükleme sürecinin takibinin yapılması,

• Depo operasyonunun performans metriklerini (KPIs) hazırlamak ve geliştirmek,

• Yetkilendirilmiş Yükümlü Sertifikası” sorumluluklarının uygulanmasını sağlamak,

• Depo giriş ve çıkış hareketlerini program üzerinden günlük olarak kayıt altına almak ve raporlamak,

• Depoya gelen malzemeleri teslim almak, irsaliye üzerinden sayım ve kontrollerini yapmak,

• Tedarikçi firmalardan çekilecek siparişler için ürün miyad ve tüketim miktarlarına göre sipariş planlaması oluşturmak ve ilgili firmalara sipariş çekilmesini sağlamak

• Demirbaş zimmetlerinin tutulması

Aranan Yetkinlikler

• Üniversite mezuniyetà işletme iktisat gibi

• Benzer pozisyonda en az 5 yıllık deneyim sahibi

• Mal kabulü, stok takibi, depolama ve depo konularının tamamında bilgi sahibi

• Sistemli ve düzenli çalışma prensibini kendine ilke edinmiş, takipçi ve sonuç odaklı

• Güvenilir, sorumluluk sahibi ve iş disiplini yüksek

• Raporlama becerileri gelişmiş

• Sözlü ve yazılı iletişim yeteneğine sahip

• SAP ve MS Office programlarını iyi derecede kullanabilen

• Yoğun iş temposuna ve esnek çalışma saatlerine uyabilecek
