Core Responsibilities:
Develop, operate, and maintain robust and scalable solutions used in our Model Production site.
Explore emerging technologies and methods, discovering new opportunities for our platforms.
Nurture and facilitate an outstanding engineering culture with a focus on good craftsmanship and continuous improvement.
Apply DevSecOps principles: "You build it - you own it" (and run it) with an emphasis on secure code and security by design
Collaborate with internal partners to drive solutions and deliver value.
Support the transformation journey as we move from legacy systems, such as extensive Excel sheets and SAP-based tools, to modern digital platforms.
Play Your Part in Our team succeeding
As a Software Engineer in our Model Production Product team, part of the Platform Technology in Omnichannel, Manufacturing & Product Engineering organization, you will play a pivotal role in the digital transformation of our Model Production processes in Copenhagen and other locations worldwide. The goal of this transformation is to implement up-to-date tools and processes, replacing outdated IT systems. This is a unique opportunity to help co-create the digital landscape of an entire business unit and lay the foundation for its future success.
Do You Have What It Takes?
The ideal candidate has experience in software development, leveraging modern, scalable solutions like C#, .NET, and CI/CD pipelines. To excel in this role, you should also have:
Understanding of modern technology stacks and architectures, such as event-driven architectures and microservices.
Good communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to both technical and functional teams.
Experience in software development within an Agile framework.
A deep curiosity for learning and helping others grow.
A demonstrated willingness to learn from failures and continuously improve.
It would be great if you also have:
Familiarity with cloud services and architectural design patterns.
Knowledge with Frontend technologies like React.
