• Develop the stack emission & workplace health business operations both in terms of volume and process efficiency

• Lead the team from recruitment & training to performance management

• Deliver high quality services to external customers

• Ensure high quality and timely delivery of service (in line Eurofins Operational Excellence)

• Drive lean organization and strive for efficiency 

• Meet the operational and financial targets as defined by the Group

• MSc degree

• Experience in operations management preferably in an international environment

• At least basic financial (P&L and CF) knowledge 

• Practical understanding of industrial CI (continuous improvement) methodologies

• Good level of English is a requirement 

• Expertise in industry (TIC – Testing, Inspection and Certification) is not required
