Description

They will be doing anything from understanding the project scope, creating powerpoints, using Smartsheet and azure devops to understand project timelines. They will be regularly checking in with other members of the team to make sure that projects are on the right track and meeting timelines. If someone is falling behind or their are projects that are not getting done, this person will be responsible for pinging the right manager or director to make sure that the project stays on track. The director is looking for someone who can be an extra set of eyes on all projects and help them get caught up on projects that are falling behind. They will need to be fairly assertive when it comes to getting projects done and will have to be direct when it comes to keeping on the project timeline. TeamHealth is looking for someone who will be hard-working, interested in being there long-term, career minded, and has exceptional critical thinking skills. This person will be managing anywhere from 50-100+ projects at a time. They will be working with a team of around 20 people.

Day to Day:

During the first month they will be reporting to the director of EIT and working alongside her to start understanding the structure. They will be learning the environment, learning what projects are going on, what the database looks like, working on getting access stood up, and spending time with the PM team and other managers. The first month will be all about learning how everything works. This person will need to be able to absorb information quickly and be able to regurgitate information to demonstrate their understanding of the process.

After the first month, they will be looking at the dashboard of open projects and identifying who had the last action items, whether or not the team member completed those action items, and understanding why they are past due. They will be checking to make sure everything is on the right track, making sure the project will be completed on time, and discussing plan for next steps. They may have to regularly ping people to make sure that projects are staying on timeline and getting the right Manager/Director involved if the team member is not staying on track.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $48.00/hr.
