Randstad is currently looking for a Maintenance Manager for the East Knoxville area! The ideal candidate would have recent Maintenance Supervisor experience up to 2 years that can be verified. With this role you would need to be willing to work an occasional weekend if needed. Pay would range based on recent experience between $70k-80k. Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) approach, mindset, and system, ensuring preventative activities are carried out by operator-based and professional-based personnel.

• Schedule both internal and external work(s) maximising planned down time and reducing unplanned downtime

• Ensure routine calibration and maintenance requirements of a variety of electro-mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems are undertaken.

• Contribute to the creation and implementation of best practice maintenance vision, strategy, policies, processes, and procedures to aid and improve operational performance.

• Ensure that designated buildings, plant, and facilities are safe, fit for purpose and to provide proactive support/solutions when required.

• Stay current and up to date on any changes that may affect the supply and demand of needed products and materials and advise others of any impact.

• Manage, coach and develop a high performing Maintenance team that meets agreed objectives, and which delivers best practice results, added value and continuous improvements.

The essential functions of this role include:
