Manpower is seeking a Administrative Assistant to support our recruiting team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and computer skills, Microsoft Office experience, and ability to complete different activities on daily bases which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: West Knoxville, TN

Schedule: 8:00am to 5:00pm

What’s the Job?

  • Assist preparing new hire Onboarding documents for associates.

  • Scheduling appointments, answering the phones at all times.

  • Assist with social media posting and community outreach.

  • Support office members with administrative.

  • Assist preparing Marketing, Sales and Recruiting materials. May include sending letters, printing flyers, preparing gifts, and others.

What’s Needed?

  • Strong Communication and Computer skills required.

  • Microsoft Office experience required.

  • Prior experience in an administrative assistant role, customer service, retail is preferred.

  • Attention to details, follow directions and responsibility.

  • Must be able to pass background check, drug screening. High School Diploma required.
