Required: * 3 years concrete finishing experience * Valid Driver\'s License * Organized and adaptable * Problem solving skills * Dependable, consistent attendance and timeliness * Driven to learn and grow in various trades * Safety conscious * Proficient in operating various types of tools and equipment * Pre-employment drug screen Duties Include: * Smooth and finish surfaces of poured concrete * Check the forms that hold the concrete to ensure properly constructed * Set forms that hold concrete to the desired pitch and depth and align them * Spread, level and smooth concrete using rake, shovel, hand or power trowel, hand or power screed and float, mold expansion, joints and edges * Monitor how the wind, heat, or cold affect curing of the concrete throughout the entire process
