Job Description

Join us in Research & Development, Packing and Packaging organization (R&D P&P) based in Kladno and help us to develop new sustainable packaging solutions in the most efficient way.

Core Responsibilities

  • Support Management of certification and documentation process for our Technology Platforms/Equipment.

  • Collect data and inputs from various local and global departments.

  • Gather insights and identify potential gaps in technical documentation.

  • Collaborate with colleagues globally to exchange necessary data from our factory sites worldwide (Hungary, Mexico, China, and Vietnam)

  • Support your team with other relevant and needed admin tasks

This is a fixed-term contract for 2-years.

Our Research & Development, Packing, and Packaging (R&D P&P) team in Kladno is dedicated to crafting innovative and sustainable packaging solutions efficiently. We manage global packing equipment and drive collaborative projects across LEGO® production facilities worldwide.

The P&P Admin plays an important role in establishing a process of certification of newly deployed packing lines in our company. We need employees, all eager to actively engage in building a strong team, valuing collaboration, quality, and fun in the everyday life.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Demonstrated administrative experience in an international setting, or a strong interest in administrative tasks.

  • Excellent organizational and collaboration skills with a proactive approach

  • Strong MS Excel skills, experience in using SAP is an advantage

  • Fluency in Czech with an intermediate level of proficiency in English (B1/B2 level)

  • Ability to drive the initiative and collect and sort the data

What would be a plus:

  • Knowledge of Workday

  • Knowledge of SAP or any other HR system is a plus

  • Takes initiative, recognizes, and acts on opportunities

  • Service Excellence approach

  • Process improvement experience
