Job Description

LEGO RETAIL Model Production designs, develops and manufactures brick based solutions of in-store and 3D models on a global level. To contribute to the deliverables of the organization is essential to have available supporting activities of customer service department. This position is coordinating partner´s request for element business and secure their delivery on time and in a proper quality!

Core Responsibilities

Coordinates DPC and other campaigns of 2D and 3D materials, incl. orders entry, consolidations and delivery on time to the partners as well as manages make-to-order 2D & 3D projects Drives MCO (sourcing) role of 2D materials in close collaboration with MPMs (nominated partner) and suppliers Active collaboration with dedicated market / partners to align on future expectations, providing regular status on results and communicates deviations In a collaboration with project management creates system requests for make-to-order projects, and help to set up partners collaboration in terms of distribution Closely collaborates with RDC Jirny in regard to set up / optimizing actual processes, scrapping, Service level agreements, etc.

  • CS is located in area of LEGO Retail model production customer service area.

  • The main focus area is to provide stable logistic platform covering shipping, customer service and order management.

  • As part of element business coordinates the orders for the partners globally to deliver on time and proper quality.

  • Secondary / university degree in business / logistic area adequate equivalent

  • Structured & collaborative person with focus on goals and results

  • Personal drive and customer focus

  • Open minded for changes and challenges

  • Great teammate

  • This role requires good negotiation and communication skills as well as structured approach and ability to work in the system.

  • There is also space for collaboration on a global level with different kind of LEGO collaborators and external partners.

The position is based in Kladno, Czech Republic and relocation support is not offered for this role.
