部署の紹介：

プロダクション＆ファシリティ部は、製造チームと設備保全チームを統合したグループとなります。製造部（プロダクション）は、様々な原料を使用して化学製品を造っています。造り方は、反応ベースと混合ベースと二つに大きく分けられます。

MPR（Multi Purpose Reactor多目的反応器）工場は、基本はHigh Temperature Reactor(HTR高温反応)を用いた反応をベースとする工場です。

Blending工場は一部反応ベース（LTR Low Temperature Reactor低温反応）と混合ベース、小分けなどの工程で製品化します。ファシリティ部は設備保全活動（機械系及び電気系）を実施しています。

製造／非製造設備における予防メンテナンス計画及び実施、定期点検計画及び実施を主に行っています。

職務内容：

３交代勤務となります。

オペレーター業務においては、規定や標準類・指示書を理解し、ミスなく安全に業務にあたって頂きます。主な業務内容は製造工程手順に従って製造釜への原料の仕込み（主に液体、一部固形扱いもあり）、処理済み液体の次工程への移送業務、最終液体製品のドラムや一斗缶への充填作業、フォークリフトを用いた原料及び製品の運搬作業となります。粉体製品については、紙袋に充填作業を行い、作業後のライン洗浄を実施して貰います。また、各工程の完了後に単純な分析を行い、その工程で造られた製品は規格内であることを確認する業務にも携わって頂きます。上記作業以外にもISOローリ液体原料受け入れやローリ出荷作業を実施して頂くことがあります。
