The position?

We are seeking an outstanding, experienced professional Leasing Consultant to join our team at Weston 4Hundred, a 208-unit Class A community in Kissimmee, Florida.

We are looking for a Leasing Consultant with outstanding customer service abilities that possess high energy, expert communication, and relationship-building skills. The ideal candidate for this position will have the ability to embrace a shared responsibility environment and work with a diverse group of people while keeping a strong sense of ownership attitude.

What are my responsibilities as a Wendover Leasing Consultant?

Responsibilities

You will:

  • Maintain updated knowledge of the community

  • Greet guests and residents and identify their needs

  • Maintain positive ongoing relationships with residents

  • Collaborate with the Property Manager and Assistant Property Manager to create and implement resident activities to boost referrals, create and implement resident activities and community calendar.

  • Assist with social media networks in coordination with the Assistant Property Manager

  • Assist in the coordination of concierge service and participating vendors

  • Responsible for leasing and renewals of the community, including property tours and all associated paperwork

  • Ensure the highest levels of quality are being maintained for the asset, services, and resident satisfaction

  • Report to Property Manager

Requirements

What do I need to qualify for this job?

  • High school diploma or equivalent required, college preferred

  • Previous leasing experience preferred

  • Bilingual (Spanish & English) a plus

  • Must have knowledge of property management software, Entrata preferred

  • Proficiency in computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

  • Proficiency in social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram

  • Excellent verbal and written skills are required

  • Must have the ability to create relationships/rapport with residents; ability to work with a diverse array of people and customers

  • Must be adaptable; able to multi-task, prioritize and thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • Professional appearance and demeanor

What are the Working Conditions/Environment/Physical Demands of this position?

  • Air-conditioned office, well-lit and well ventilated. High level of confidentiality (confidential information with regards to financial documents during budget process, in-coming mail, e-mail, telephone calls, vendor contracts and lender/owner information)

  • This is a full-time position and may include after hours and weekends

  • General office equipment use will include, but not be limited to copier, scanner, fax, computer, tablet

  • Physical demands will require but not be limited to the mobility to effectively work in a standard office environment
