Our client, a vibrant brewery, is seeking a Restaurant and Bar Administrative Assistant to join their team. As a Restaurant and Bar Administrative Assistant, you will be part of the administrative team supporting the operational needs of the venue. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a detail-oriented mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Restaurant and Bar Administrative Assistant- PArt time -15-25 hours per week

Location: Kissimmee, FL

Pay Range: $15 - $18 per hour

What's the Job?

  • Track and manage inventory of food, beverages, and supplies.

  • Assist with scheduling, vendor payment tracking, and staff time tracking.

  • Maintain compliance records for health, safety, and liquor regulations.

  • Handle phone and email inquiries regarding reservations and event bookings.

  • Support the Manager with event planning logistics and staff onboarding.

What's Needed?

  • Proven experience in administrative or clerical roles, preferably in hospitality or foodservice.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends.
