Sinclair Broadcast Group News Intern Kirksville, Missouri
KTVO is seeking motivated and enthusiastic college students to join our newsroom team as a News Intern. This is a great opportunity for individuals interested in pursuing a career in the broadcast industry. Interns will gain hands-on experience working alongside professional journalists in a dynamic and fast-paced newsroom environment. This is an unpaid internship.
Requirements:
Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university
Pursuing a degree in Journalism, Communications, or related field (preferred)
Must be eligible to receive college credit for the internship (credit verification forms will be provided)
Strong interest in the broadcast news industry
Excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
Additional Information:
This is an unpaid internship.
You MUST be eligible to receive college credit for the internship; credit verification forms will be provided
Interns are expected to work between 10 to 20 hours per week, depending on their academic schedule.
