Description
A.T. Still University (ATSU) is seeking an exempt, part-time Assistant Director of IPE&C at the Kirksville, MO campus or the Mesa, AZ campus.
Requirements
Major Job Duties
Develop IPE Curriculum: Design and implement IPE curricula that align with organizational goals and national IPE standards.
Facilitate IPE Activities: Organize and lead IPE activities, such as simulations, team-based learning, and interdisciplinary patient care conferences.
Measure IPE Outcomes: Assess the effectiveness of IPE programs through evaluation methods such as surveys, focus groups, and outcome measures.
Foster Collaboration: Build and maintain relationships with faculty, staff, and students from various healthcare professions to promote interprofessional collaboration.
Stay Current: Keep abreast of emerging trends in IPE and best practices in healthcare education.
Skills/Experience
Experience in developing and implementing IPE curricula.
Experience in conducting IPE evaluations.
Experience in leading interdisciplinary teams.
Experience in healthcare education or administration.
Strong understanding of interprofessional education principles and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Masters/Doctorate preferred.
