Job Title: Assistant Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Assistant Manager to join our team. This role demands an active and engaged leader who will support strategic plans aligned with the needs of the business. Additionally, they will work closely with the manager to implement and develop metrics and procedures, provide support to the sites to enhance and standardize processes, and utilize analytics to assist with employee life cycle decisions.
