Eurofins Data Integrity Review Analyst in Kinsale, Ireland

Working hours are Monday - Friday, 8:15am - 5pm.

The Data Integrity Review Analyst will play a pivotal role in ensuring that accuracy, consistency, and reliability of the data from the Kinsale Large Molecule TS/MS Laboratories.

  • Access and understand the equipment, data flow and systems across the Upstream, Downstream and Analytical areas of the Large Molecule/Biotech TS/MS (Technical Services/Manufacturing Sciences) Laboratories

  • Conduct data integrity reviews (data verification back to source system) to ensure a high level of accuracy and reliability of the data contained in eLNs (electronic lab notebooks) and Reports generated within the non-GMP TS/MS Laboratories

  • Identify opportunities, and implement improvements, to enhance data integrity review practices  

  • Data entry and management/knowledge management

  • Support ongoing Upstream/Downstream lab studies, where required

  • Demonstrate problem solving in delivering process and analytical understanding.

  • Ensure that the customer gets the best possible service by continually reviewing best practice in relation to both commercial and quality issues and ensuring 100% ethical work standards and GMP compliance in a Technical Services lab.

  • Be aware of the customer’s requirements and strive to meet or exceed those requirements keeping in mind the customer process end points.

  • To perform other QC samples in accordance with customer procedures.

  • To revise SOPs as required by the Group Leader or client representative.

  • To keep the laboratory area clean and tidy in both ‘seen’ and ‘unseen’ areas.

  • To ensure that all documentation is carried out on time, is accurate and legible and conforms to the relevant quality standards.

  • BSc on Laboratory Science subject.

  • Experience in a pharmaceutical laboratory or manufacturing environment is preferable.

  • High level of diligence, with exceptional attention to detail

  • Comfortable using MS Office, disparate computer systems and laboratory equipment programmes

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
