Full Time Maintenance

• Hours -- Monday through Friday - 7:00 a.m. -- 3:00 p.m. • Salary - Commensurate with experience • Benefits - Medical, dental, vision as per Collective Bargaining Agreement

Requirements: • Must have a valid PA Driver's License • High School Diploma or Equivalent

Position Summary: Under the direction of the Supervisor of Buildings and Grounds, the maintenance employee carries out directives pertaining to building maintenance ensures the school's facilities are in good working order, safe, and conducive to learning. Tasks are related to the upkeep, repair, and day-to-day maintenance of school facilities.

Duties Include: • Must be able to perform day-to-day maintenance work i.e., electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, general repairs. • Must be able to use tools and equipment of trade and related power equipment including brooms, mops, floor cleaning, and waxing machines, vacuum cleaners, snow blowers, shovels, power mowers and hand tools. • Must comply with all school safety rules, regulations, and procedures. • Must be able to work outdoors in inclement weather conditions.
