Griswold Home Care, Inc Caregiver Coordinator in Kingston, Pennsylvania
Our team of caregivers is at the heart of our mission, and we are looking for a passionate and skilled Caregiver Coordinator to help us attract, retain, and support our valued caregivers. This position will play a crucial role in enhancing our caregiver recruitment process and ensuring the long-term satisfaction and retention of our staff. This position involves conducting thorough screening and interviewing of caregiver candidates, as well as implementing innovative retention initiatives to foster a positive and engaging work environment. Compensation: $45,000 What we expect from you: * Conduct comprehensive screenings and interviews of caregiver candidates to assess their qualifications, experience, and fit with our company culture. * Collaborate with leadership to implement strategies that enhance caregiver satisfaction and retention. * Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new caregivers, ensuring they feel welcomed and prepared to succeed in their roles. * Build strong relationships with caregivers to understand their needs, motivations, and challenges. * Act as a point of contact for caregiver concerns and provide support and resources to enhance their work experience. * Participate in rotating on call.
