Our team of caregivers is at the heart of our mission, and we are looking for a passionate and skilled Caregiver Coordinator to help us attract, retain, and support our valued caregivers. This position will play a crucial role in enhancing our caregiver recruitment process and ensuring the long-term satisfaction and retention of our staff. This position involves conducting thorough screening and interviewing of caregiver candidates, as well as implementing innovative retention initiatives to foster a positive and engaging work environment.
