Job Title: Staff Accountant

Job Description

Seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to manage monthly, quarterly, and annual account analysis and reconciliations, including related journal entries for bank loans, electronic funds transfers, and other assigned items. Responsibilities include importing General Journal entries for credit card purchases, participating in annual budget and audit preparations, completing monthly bank statements, and preparing cost and informational reporting for state and federal agencies. The role also involves cross-training in other finance areas, working on special projects as directed by the CFO, occasional travel related to the department, maintaining confidentiality of financial information, adhering to policies and procedures, and performing other related duties as directed.
