Our client, in the Kingston area is seeking a Professional Mover/Non CDL Driver to join their team. As a Professional Mover/Non CDL Driver, you will safely and carefully load and unload customers’ belongings, and maintain an open line of communication with one another and the customer throughout the move. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role.

Job Title:Mover/Driver

Location: Kingston, NY

Pay Range: 20/hr

Shift Days: Monday-Friday

Shift Start Time: Varies - 4am-6am

Shift End Time: Varies - no later than 7pm

What’s the Job?

• Pack, Load, unload, and stack boxes and furniture

• lift and load/unload heavy objects, boxes, equipment, and furniture on/off a box truck

• communicate directly with clients, provide explanations and resolutions for work-related issues

• operate and keep clean a medium/large-duty box truck

• occasionally complete interstate jobs which may require several days of travel at a time

• basic customer service and occasionally acting as a liaison between the client and dispatch/sales

What’s Needed?

• Experience moving furniture, residential and commercial property is preferred

• Ability to read, write and comprehend the English language.

• Must have a clean and valid driver's license.

• Experience working in a similar industry is a plus.

• Understand how to properly load and unload merchandise from trucks.
