Key Responsibilities:

  • Documentation: Maintain customer interaction records in company databases for reporting and quality assurance purposes.

  • Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to address customer needs and improve service processes.

  • Feedback Gathering: Gather and report customer feedback to support continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Product Expertise: Understand company products and services to deliver knowledgeable assistance.

    Requirements

Qualifications and Skills Required:

  • Customer Service Proficiency:

  • Previous experience in customer service or related roles is preferred.

  • Ability to handle high volumes of customer interactions professionally and efficiently.

  • Attention to Detail: Detailed-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality in service delivery.

  • Communication Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with customers and internal teams.

  • Active listening skills to understand and address customer concerns proactively.

  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with customer service software and tools, with proficiency in basic Microsoft Office applications.

  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify problems, evaluate options, and implement solutions swiftly.

  • Time Management: Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively.

  • Education: A high school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in Customer Service are a plus.
