ManpowerGroup Maintenance Team Lead in Kings Mountain, North Carolina
Our client, automobile manufacturer is seeking a Maintenance Team Lead to join their team. As a Team Lead you will be part of the Maintenance Team supporting. The ideal candidate will have passion, be inspirational and influential which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Maintenance Team Lead
Location: King's Mountain, NC
Pay Range: $30-$35/hr
Shift: 2nd shift, M-Th 2pm-12:30pm Fri 2pm-10:30pm & Sat as needed
What’s the Job?
Lead a team of maintenance technicians to complete work orders during planned production downtime
When necessary, support reactive maintenance activities handed down from previous production shift directly working with your team to correct issues primarily on MIG and resistance spot welding equipment, robotics, and hydraulics
Complete standard shift reports daily and coach the maintenance team on completion of data capture for equipment breakdown events
Lead your Maintenance team against set safety, quality, delivery, and financial targets by leading and coaching your maintenance team.
Full accountability and ownership of your team’s development, employee relations, project follow up, midterm road map (0-1 year) and policy deployment from plant to operator level.
What’s Needed?
Five (5) years minimum combined maintenance leadership and technical experience within a manufacturing environment
Associate’s Degree preferred
Experience working in a lean manufacturing environment
Knowledge of operating with Computerized Maintenance Management System
