The Work:
As a Systems Administrator on the Fenwick Program , you will:
- Work in an agile scrum environment providing support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of various Information Technology (IT) systems
- Manage IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all of the client/server/storage/network devices
- Patch and harden Linux RedHat OS and works with Security personnel to protect against Cyber Threats

Basic Qualifications:
-Bachelors degree in a related discipline from an accredited University, or equivalent experience
- Professional experience with Linux system administration
- Experience in software practices and configuration management
- Scripting experience
Desired Skills:
Desired skills :
- RedHat OS patching/hardening experience
- RedHat OpenShift
- AWX
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a rapid paced, team environment
- Agile development experience
- Experience using C/C++ or another object oriented development language
- Security+ Cert
- Linux Certifications
-Any experience with cloud migrations working with the latest CI/CD tools and technology would be a plus.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
