Description

We are seeking a Product Specialist 3 to join our team remotely from any location in the United States. This role involves working extensively with AI financial systems and SAP systems, and is focused on developing, implementing, and managing product development and marketing plans. The Product Specialist will lead the product through all stages of its life cycle, including definition, development, release, and post-release activities.

Responsibilities:

• Understand our product offering and how our products fit into an ecosystem landscape

• Develop, maintain, and prioritize the product/platform roadmap to guide the organization's AI/ML/GenAI initiatives and ensure alignment with business objectives

• Collaborate with various stakeholders including business users, data scientists, Machine Learning engineers, data governance teams, and technology teams to understand requirements and develop appropriate solutions

• Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies in the AI/ML/GenAI space and apply relevant insights to improve the organization's capabilities

• Determine and maintain software product and service requirements through an in-depth understanding of customer and partner needs

• Work directly with customers and partners to understand their needs and translate them into requirements

• Evaluate and prioritize requested product enhancements

• Evaluate and present business opportunities to management and executives

• Develop and implement product-related marketing plans, overseeing the overall product strategy including the development, pricing, and marketing of products and services

• Develop and maintain product-related marketing materials including product collateral, release materials, sales tools, and materials, and internet data

• Conduct research and analysis of competitive information

Requirements

• Experience in Marketing and Research

• Knowledge of Materials Handling and Planning Processes

• Ability to use "About Time" software effectively

• Familiarity with Internet usage and Pricing strategies

• Understanding of Revenue Accounting

• Fluency in English Language

• Willingness to Travel as required by the job

• Commitment to ensure Customer Satisfaction

• Ability to effectively communicate with Stakeholders and Partners

• Knowledge of Conductivity

• Experience in Collaboration and team work

• Proficiency in creating Video content for marketing

• Ability to Prioritize tasks effectively

• Understanding of Supply Chain Logistics

• Experience in creating Marketing Material

• CPA certification is preferred

• Ability to contribute to Enhancement of products

• Experience in Product Development

• Knowledge of Collateral Management
