A Brief Overview Responsible for the accurate picking, packing and delivery of medications, supplies and equipment to home care patients. Responsible for the accurate and timely delivery of medications, supplies, equipment, and oxygen filling to home care patients in accordance with CHHC, CHOP policy and all regulatory and accrediting agency guidelines.

What you will do Pick, stage, process, package, document and prepare for delivery or shipping all patient orders accurately and timely to meet patient care needs Coordinate with Operations Manager, Dispatch Coordinator and home care team to ensure patient orders are processed accurately and timely to facilitate delivery of equipment, medication, and supplies for home care patients Complete all deliveries and documentation as assigned/required to provide accurate and timely patient care with ongoing communication as necessary to the home care team Maintain oxygen vehicle, complete vehicle tank filling and record keeping, provide patient home oxygen filling of liquid O2 per policy and procedures and CDL/Hazmat guidelines. Complete all delivery paperwork per policy and procedure and hazmat regulations. Maintain neat, clean, safe, and secure work environment, warehouse facility and vehicle, in accordance with all CHHC/CHOP policy and procedures and all accrediting and regulatory agencies and guidelines Adhere to all warehouse operations and documentation requirements in accordance with all CHHC/CHOP policy and procedures and all accrediting and regulatory guidelines. Communicate all unsuccessful deliveries to home care team per policy and procedure Operate warehouse equipment as required Receive and stock product and equipment per policy Process dirty equipment HME per cleaning and disinfecting policy Assemble and repair HME per manufacturer guidelines Perform other duties as assigned by Operations Manager and Home Care Management

Education Qualifications High School Diploma / GED Required

Experience Qualifications Previous delivery experience Preferred

Skills and Abilities Ability to operate a company vehicle and/or be insured on a CHOP policy. Strong communication and organizational skills

Licenses and Certifications Driver's License - Department of Motor Vehicles - upon hire - Required
