Qualifications

Required: B.S. with 10-12 years of relevant experience with at least 4 years of responsibility leading a team, or M.S. with 8-10 years of relevant experience, or PhD with 5-7 years of relevant experience Must Possess and be able to maintain a TS/SCI with Polygraph Experience with GEOINT Systems or Products Experience with GEOINT Mission Control or Mission Processing Experience with Systems Engineering Technical Assistance (SETA) end to end engineering or Software Acquisition Experience leading a team of Gov't/military, engineers, or developers Strong representational, oral, and written communications skills, including the ability to produce clear, logical, and concise products Proven organization and interpersonal skills, and demonstrated ability to interface effectively via written and oral forums with personnel at all levels of government Desired: Experience with Agile engineering and software development Experience with commercial Atlassian tools (e.g., Confluence, JIRA) Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure) Knowledge of Digital Engineering (e.g., MBSE, Simulation, Digital Twins) Knowledge of or experience with requirement, design, test, or transition events (e.g.c SRR, SCR, Solution Demos, Enterprise Test, TRR, TRB, GRET, GRR, ERR, ORR, TTO, OAR) Ability to build strong employee and customer relationships with effective communications
