DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Position Overview: This position is for a FSO/Security Specialist located in King of Prussia, PA. You will be responsible for implementation and oversight of the Security protocols that ensure the success of the programs at the King of Prussia site. You will be reporting to the FSO of the Stratagem Group and working closely with all levels of personnel throughout the enterprise. This position requires you to be on-site five days a week.

Responsibilities: * Responsible for supporting the Advanced Communications & Mission Applications Facility Security Officer (FSO) for the King of Prussia, PA Location * Provide Security on-boarding training to new KoP employees * Manage visitor control of the KoP site * Maintain approved security policies & procedures * Assist in preparing reports relating to internal investigations of any losses or violations of regulations, policies, and procedures

Basic Qualifications: * Active TS/SCI clearance with SSBI to support the government * 2 years of experience in Industrial Security * Knowledge of customer guidance documentation including but not limited to: * Security Executive Agency Directives 1-9 * Intelligence Community Directives 503, 704 and 705

Strong attention to detail

Ability to: * Organize and prioritize tasks * Comply with and enforce company policies and procedures * Effectively analyze situations and recommend as well as implement solutions * Work independently while maintaining a collaborative approach * Communicate with customers and management professionally and concisely * Prepare and maintain records and reports

Preferred Qualifications: * Experience with managing, maintaining, and supporting Personnel Security (NBIS, DISS, etc.) * Understanding of The Standard for National Industrial Security Systems UL 2050 and Physical Security * Ability to provide weekly and monthly project status to Stakeholders including the Leadership team

Location: This position is based out of ARKA's King of Prussia, PA campus.
