Job Description

Our of our large biopharmaceutical clients is seeking an Analytical Scientist to join their R&D organization within their bioprocessing team in King of Prussia, PA. This individual will be doing sample analysis, method development and optimization, instrument maintenance, data management and contributing to process improvements and innovation within the lab. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Receive samples from process development experiments

• Prepare and analyze samples using techniques such as HPLC, PCR, Elisa, DDPCR and SDS-PAGE

• Develop and validate analytical methods specific to the labs and customers needs

• Calibrate and maintain analytical instruments (HPLC, PCR machines, etc)

Skills and Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in science related field (Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology)

• 1 to 2 years of industry related experience

• HPLC and PCR technique - SDS-PAGE technique experience

• Elisa technique experience

• Knowledge of Monoclonal Antibodies

• GMP knowledge null
