Description

We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an Accounts Payable Specialist in King of Prussia, PA. The successful candidate will be working onsite and will be integral to our team, handling various tasks related to account coding and accounting software systems.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the process of account coding to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

• Conduct regular audits to maintain the integrity of financial data and processes.

• Manage the Accounts Payable (AP) process, including the accurate and timely processing of invoices.

• Apply accrual accounting principles to maintain financial records and prepare reports.

• Maintain and update customer credit records on a regular basis.

• Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally.

• Monitor customer accounts and initiate appropriate action when necessary.

• Adapt to changing circumstances and needs within the accounting department.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Account Coding is essential

• Familiarity with Accounting Software Systems is required

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services is a must

• Understanding of Accounting Functions is required

• Experience in Accounts Payable (AP) is mandatory

• Familiarity with Accrual Accounting is necessary

• Proven experience in Auditing is required
