Schedule: Full Time

Shift : Monday – Friday 8:00AM – 4:30PM On Call Rotation

The role you’ll contribute:

Installs, repairs, inspects, adjusts fire/smoke door assemblies. Provides assistance to departments as needed to maintain a safe patient and staff environment. Makes certain fire rate assemblies comply with NFPA standards.

The value you’ll bring to the team:

· Inspects/repairs door assemblies

· Repairs automatic opening doors replaces door frames, doors, door hardware

· Inspects/Installs smoke seals in accordance with NFPA standards

· Adjusts doors/frames/hardware to assure complete compliance with regulatory guidance for fire/smoke assemblies.

· Performs other duties as assigned.

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed :

Minimum qualifications :

· High School Grad or Equivalency

· 2 years maintenance experience repairing/inspecting door hardware

· Knowledge and adherence to safety codes and regulatory agency requirements

Preferred qualifications:

· Associate's degree or Technical degree in a related field, or combination of High School degree and related experience

· Three years of technical experience
