Role: Tele Collection Specialist

Responsibilities

• Collect Payments: Make outbound calls to customers with overdue accounts to arrange payment.

• Manage Accounts: Review and prioritize accounts based on payment history and risk.

• Report Issues: Identify and report recurring payment problems to the Credit Collections Manager.

• Maintain Records: Keep accurate records of collection activities and customer interactions.

• Handle Inquiries: Address customer questions about billing and payments professionally.

• Ensure Compliance: Follow company policies and legal regulations during collection activities.

• Follow-Up: Make follow-up calls to ensure payment arrangements are met.

Qualifications

• University degree or relevant certification preferred.

• Experience in collections, customer service, or a similar role is a plus.

• Strong communication skills with professional phone manner.

• Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

• English fluency
