Description

We are offering an opportunity for a meticulous Accounting Clerk to join our client in Kiel, Wisconsin. As a key player in our Accounting department, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate customer credit records, processing accounts receivable, and managing payroll. This role also involves monitoring customer credit accounts and undertaking actions to collect overdue payments.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process customer credit applications in a timely manner

• Maintain a record of customer credit accounts, ensuring all information is up-to-date

• Assist with journal entries

• Monitor customer credit accounts and identify any overdue payments

• Undertake appropriate actions to collect delinquent payments in line with company policies

• Reconcile account discrepancies and rectify any billing errors

• Enter data accurately into the company database

• Process invoices in accordance with company procedures

• Utilize Microsoft Excel to maintain and analyze data

• Assist with payroll and collections as needed.

Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation

• Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Familiarity with Billing procedures

• Proficient in Data Entry

• Experience in Invoice Processing

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel

• Experience in handling Payroll

• Skills in Collections management
