Hyatt Part Time Front Office Supervisor, Overnight in KEY WEST, Florida

Join us for this incredible opportunity to be part of our team as a Part Time Overnight Front Office Supervisor at Hyatt Centric located in Key West, FL.

The Overnight Front Office Supervisor is the Manager on Duty at the Front Office on Friday and Saturday nights. In addition to night audit reporting duties, this person is also there to assist guests and provide excellent customer service. Responsibilities include managing guest reservations, running nightly reports, luggage assistance, fulfilling guest requests, partnering with Security to ensure guest safety, and any other guest needs that arise.

Position pay is $20-25 per hour, depending upon experience

Qualifications:

  • Takes pride in a great job done

  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others

  • Customer service experience, with at least one year Front Desk experience preferred

  • Great verbal communication skills and computer skills

  • Able to lift, pull, andpush a moderate amount of weight

  • 8 hour shifts, 11 pm – 7:30 am, Friday & Saturday night availability
