What will you be doing?

• Set up and operation of heat treatment furnaces and machines

• Perform process inspections to ensure parts are processed to customer specification

• Preventative maintenance and continuous improvement including excellent housekeeping skills and a willingness to participate in 5S activities.

• Meet production schedules

• Operation of forklift and hand power tools

• Full participation in the mission and values of Metals Engineering

• Promote and participate in safety regulations and procedures

• Ability to demonstrate a logical, detailed, disciplined approach to equipment operation

• Strong desire to be an excellent team member and support other team members on your shift, on other shifts, and across locations

• Willingness to learn and grow both personally and professionally

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Solid past work history

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
