Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Desktop Support Analyst in KEW GARDENS, New York. In this role, you will be required to provide technical support related to hardware and software systems, including but not limited to desktops, laptops, smartphones, and network connectivity. You will be part of a team that ensures the smooth running of our IT systems, contributing significantly to our operations in the telecom industry.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support for Windows PC Operating systems.

• Troubleshoot and maintain IT Hardware including desktops, laptops, iPads, Thin Client Terminals, laser printers, and smartphones.

• Manage Ethernet wired and wireless networking connectivity.

• Maintain and troubleshoot Cisco network switches, Cisco phones, and other network equipment.

• Utilize Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Office for administrative functions and support.

• Employ knowledge of Citrix Technologies and Dell Technologies in daily tasks.

• Handle EO/IR systems and Mac Computers.

• Utilize Microsoft Active Directory in the management of user accounts and access.

• Perform Configuration Management and Deployments as needed.

• Provide Deskside Support to end-users, resolving any hardware or software issues. Requirements • Proven experience as a Desktop Support Analyst or similar role

• Proficiency in Citrix Technologies and Dell Technologies

• Familiarity with EO/IR systems

• Experience with Mac Computers and Microsoft software

• Practical knowledge of Active Directory

• Understanding of Computer Hardware and ability to troubleshoot

• Proficient in Configuration Management and Deployments

• Prior experience in Deskside Support is a must

• Excellent problem-solving skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and in a team
