Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Accounting Specialist in Kernersville, North Carolina, within the Construction/Contractor industry. You will play a crucial role in the financial management of our operations, including the handling of accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and the use of various accounting software systems.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process customer credit applications in a timely manner

• Maintain and update customer credit records regularly

• Handle accounts payable and receivable operations

• Utilize accounting software systems efficiently for data processing and management

• Manage payroll functions, ensuring accurate and timely payment processing

• Conduct regular audits to maintain financial accuracy and compliance

• Manage billing functions, ensuring accurate invoicing and timely collection

• Utilize ADP for financial services and payroll management

• Use ERP for enterprise resource planning and to manage accounting functions effectively

• Handle B2B collections and ensure timely payments.

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services

• Knowledge of Ceridian and Concur systems

• Familiarity with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning

• Ability to handle Accounting Functions

• Expertise in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Proficiency in Auditing and Billing Functions

• Experience with ADP - Payroll and Automated Payroll

• Knowledge of Benefits Payroll and Bi-Monthly Payroll

• Familiarity with Canadian Payroll and Ceridian Payroll System

• Proficiency in Certified Payroll and Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) functions

• Experience with CIBC Payroll and Domestic Payroll

• Familiarity with Full Cycle Payroll and HR Payroll System

• Knowledge of HRIS Payroll System and Independent Systems - Payroll

• Understanding of International Payroll and Knit Payroll

• Experience with Local Payroll Tax and Multi-state Payroll

• Proficiency in Multistate Payroll and Paychex Payroll

• Knowledge of Payroll for varying sizes of employees

• Familiarity with Payroll Compliance Professional and Payroll Functions

• Knowledge of Payroll Law and Payroll Management

• Experience with Payroll Services - Banking and Payroll Software

• Familiarity with Payroll Tax Deposits and Payroll Tax Reporting

• Proficiency in Payroll Tax Returns and Payroll Taxes

• Knowledge of Payroll Transaction and Payroll Vendor

• Experience with Process Bi-weekly Payroll and Process Biweekly Payroll

• Familiarity with Process Payroll and Reconcile Payroll

• Proficiency in SAP HR Payroll and Semi-Monthly Payrolls

• Knowledge of Special Payroll Deductions and Tax - Payroll

• Experience with Weekly Payroll and Workday Payroll

• Familiarity with Year-end Payroll and iPayables

• Proficiency in LEED Accounts Payable and Payable Invoices

• Knowledge of Weekly Account Payable and Accounts Receivables Systems

• Experience in Aged Receivables and Receivables Processing

• Familiarity with B2B Collections and Cash Collections

• Proficiency in Collections and Commercial Collections

• Experience with Collections - Commercial and Collections - Consumer

• Familiarity with Collections Management and Commercial Collections
