CU Answers Item Processing Client Service Representative in Kentwood, Michigan

DescriptionPOSITION SUMMARY

The responsibilities of the IP CSR are shared between Electronic Check Processing (ECP) and all CheckLogic Product offerings.

 

SHIFT HOURS: Monday-Friday 5:00 PM - 10:00 PM

 

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

 

  1. CheckLogic Daily Processing: Monitor all incoming/outgoing C21 image files for processing.

  2. Monitor all outgoing C21 files for successful upload and verify results files are received. Manually upload failed uploads.

  3. Research and initiate adjustments as needed including notifications to CUs regarding missing images.

  4. Create/close eDoc Zoho Tickets on all relevant calls/issues.

  5. Maintain a positive contribution as a member of the Item Processing team, and complete all tasks assigned by management to meet team objectives.

     

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

High school graduate or equivalent is required.

Experience in performing item processing duties at a credit union or other financial institution preferred.

Ability to use discretion when dealing with sensitive and confidential data.
