We are a fast-paced machinery manufacturing (OEM) company in Kent, WA seeking a full-time field service technician. This position has flexibility to be based out of our Kent, WA headquarters, or remotely within the continental US. Must be in proximity to a major US airport. As a field service technician, you will be responsible for installation, training, and maintenance of Rottler products at our customers' facilities. Travel is a key component of this position, both domestic and international, with an estimated frequency of 3 weeks per month. Responsibilities include:

Responsible for installation and operator training of new Rottler Machines

• Primary focus on EM79 and EM100 diesel engine series machines
• Secondary focus on F69/EM69 series machining centers

Responsible for technical service of current and legacy Rottler Machines

• Onsite maintenance of equipment at customer locations
• Warranty repair of new machines

Provide onsite customer trainings

• Machine operations to new operators
• Machine maintenance training for customers and their maintenance teams
• Advanced software training (Rottler RPATH/4C)

Reach out to established Rottler customers between jobs to ensure maximum uptime for customers and assist in scheduling paid services.

Provide feedback to production on machine quality and accuracy, driving continuous improvement of Rottler products.

Work with Engineering team to ensure accurate machine documentation, i.e. manuals and troubleshooting guides

Provide technical support to Service D
