Description: As the Director of Americas Software Demand Generation, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence's marketing strategy in the American continent. Reporting directly to the Americas Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), you will lead a dynamic team responsible for driving demand generation campaigns, enhancing brand visibility, and contributing to revenue growth. This newly established role provides a unique opportunity to make a significant impact and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals. You will be responsible for contributing and influencing a $200million business in a combination of net new and renewal so experience in ABM (Account Based Marketing), physical and digital techniques are a must. Our CMO won Forrester Marketing Program of the Year, so we are looking for someone who wants to drive change, transform and be a marketing industry-leader. Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy. Collaborate with global product marketing, sales, and segment leaders to ensure synergy in campaign efforts. Provide strategic direction to campaign managers, content creators, and creative teams. Team Management: Lead and inspire a team responsible for diverse market segments and go-to-market strategies. Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment. Define and communicate clear goals, ensuring each team member understands their role in achieving targets. Campaign Development: Oversee the end-to-end creation of marketing campaigns, encompassing nurture campaigns, digital, paid, webinars, 3rd party event, etc. Experience in ABX as well as volume (performance) business is needed. Adopt a customer-centric, people-first approach. Stay abreast of industry trends to ensure campaigns remain innovative and effective. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teammates in marketing operations and automation, major events, and partner marketing, etc. As well as global teams. Collaborate with the global marketing organization to share best practices. Performance Metrics: Sourced and influenced pipeline - as well a lead volume for transactional business, MQL volume, account engagement for ABM strategy, etc. Working with the marketing automation and operations team to define the right KPIs for the business.
