Job Description

We are seeking an experienced CNC Supervisor who can manage and oversee the operations of approximately 12-15 programmers and CNC machinists. The ideal candidate will be proficient in set-ups, tooling changes, and familiar with Fanuc Controls.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the work of 12-15 programmers and CNC machinists.

• Schedule work and estimate hours and deliveries for items.

• Prepare tooling orders.

• Problem-solve and address any issues that arise.

• Enhance the knowledge of less experienced employees.

• Collaborate with other supervisors and the Engineering Supervisor.

• Report to the Shop Supervisor.

• Make plastic injection and compression molds.

Essential Skills

• 2+ years of CNC Supervisor experience.

• Experience with direct reports.

• Proficiency in set-up, tear down, change over, and tooling.

• Knowledge of Fanuc Controls.

• Ability to develop lower-level machinists.

• Skills in CNC machining, mill, and lathe operations.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with Fanuc style controls used on most machines.

The work environment is a machine shop specializing in custom mold manufacturing and precision machining services. We also provide CMM inspection services.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $100000.00/hr.
