Radiologic Technologist

Job Description

As a Radiologic Technologist, you will perform routine and minor special radiographic procedures, operate a variety of auxiliary equipment, and administer contrast materials as dictated by exam protocols. Responsibilities include operating all radiographic and ancillary equipment associated with routine and minor special radiographic procedures, utilizing proper radiographic and positioning techniques to maximize radiographic quality and minimize repeat images. You must appropriately label radiographs, record pertinent clinical information, and identify trauma sites. Additionally, assisting radiologists and other physicians, as well as accessing, entering, and retrieving information from MIS is required.

Work Environment

The position includes varied hours with schedules known at least 4 weeks in advance. Additional hours may be available on an on-call basis to cover for absences.
