A Quality Technician is needed for a company that manufactures and sells marking, tracking and computer printing technologies in the Kenosha, WI area. This role involves performing audits, inspections, and quality assurance activities to prevent nonconforming products, support new quality plans, and identify improvements to maintain high product standards.

responsibilities:

• Perform quality assurance activities to prevent nonconforming products from being produced or shipped to customers.

• Conduct audits and inspections to ensure product quality meets company standards.

• Assist with investigations of nonconforming materials and communicate findings to authorized vendors.

• Engage management and team members for support when addressing complex or new quality issues.

• Support the implementation of quality plans for new products.

• Understand technical requirements and work within established technical frameworks.

• Ensure adherence to ISO 9001 quality standards.

Skills:

• Ability to learn technical information.

• Fluent level of English (written and verbal) as well as local language as applicable Microsoft office applications including Word, Excel and Outlook.

• Ability to work in fast-paced, multi-task environment.

• Solid professional work behaviors (attendance, teamwork, time management).

Preffered Education and Experience:

• High School or equivalent.

• 0-3 years of experience.
