Position Title: Groundskeeper Employment Type: Full time, University Staff, Non-exempt Reports To: The Facilities Manager Pay Range: \$31,200 - \$41,600 The groundskeeper maintains and landscapes campus lawns, planting beds, wooded areas, trees and fields. They inspect the grounds to ensure conditions meet institutional grounds keeping standards. The Facilities Management Department is a key part of the University that ensures the campus roads are clean, that utilities like water and electricity are operating effectively and efficiently, and that our campus is clean and beautiful. The work environment for this position is predominantly indoors. Exposure to dust, odors, moving mechanical parts and noise is common.
