Description

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a skilled ERP/CRM Developer to join our team in Evanston, IL. In this role, you will focus on the Salesforce platform development and its related activities. This includes processing customer applications, maintaining accurate customer records, and resolving customer inquiries, all while monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage the Salesforce platform effectively

• Utilize source control and familiarize with git processes

• Identify and implement process improvements proactively

• Test bugs and develop solutions to rectify them

• Create comprehensive process documentation

• Work in an Agile environment to deliver timely solutions

• Manage technical teams and provide leadership where necessary

• Gain expertise with Commerce Cloud and utilize it effectively

• Ensure the use of Cloud Technologies and Client Side Scripting for efficient operations

• Manage ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning and CRM effectively

• Utilize Microsoft tools and AB Testing for efficient processes

• Develop APIs and manage Business Process Functions

• Create and maintain Business Requirement Document

• Manage Configuration Management effectively.

Requirements • Minimum of 5 years experience as an ERP/CRM Developer or in a similar role

• Proficiency in Client Side Scripting is essential

• Familiarity with Cloud Technologies is required

• Experience with CRM systems is a must

• Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is vital

• Proficiency in Microsoft applications is necessary

• Experience with AB Testing is expected

• Prior experience in API Development is required

• Understanding of Business Process Functions is essential

• Experience in creating Business Requirement Documents is mandatory
